At Miniklub, we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions for returns, refunds, and deductions.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if:

  • The return request is raised within 10 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories are intact

Returns may be rejected if products:

  • Show signs of use, washing, or damage
  • Are returned without original tags or packaging
  • Fail quality inspection at our returns facility

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

Claims without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Order & Items

The following category items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked as Non-Returnable or Final Sale
  • Innerwear, socks, caps, bibs, nappies, accessories
  • Clearance or promotional free products
  • Orders containing Mystery pack, Items at ₹1
  • Orders under special offers (Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 1 Get 2, etc.)

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Log in to your Miniklub account and go to My Orders
  • Select the product and raise a return request
  • Choose your preferred refund option (if applicable)
  • A pickup will be scheduled or self-ship instructions will be shared
  • Returned products undergo a quality check (QC)

5. Quality Check & Approval

  • Refunds are initiated only after successful QC approval
  • If a product fails QC, it will be shipped back and no refund will be processed
  • QC approval typically takes 2–4 business days after product receipt

6. Refund Options

Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking / Wallets)

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 5–7 working days after approval
  • Original shipping charges, discounts, coupons, and loyalty points are non-refundable

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, customers can choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Direct Bank Refund

  • Refund credited directly to your bank account
  • Applicable deductions:
    • Full Order Return: ₹99 shipping & handling charge
    • Partial Order Return: ₹49 shipping & handling charge
  • Refund timeline: 5–7 working days after QC approval

Option 2: Miniklub Gift Card / Store Credit

  • No deductions applied
  • Full eligible order value credited as a Miniklub online gift card
  • Gift card can be used for future purchases on MK.in
  • Gift card terms and validity apply

7. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund
  • COD orders cancelled after dispatch will follow the COD refund policy deductions

8. Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only in Indian bank accounts
  • Refund timelines may vary during sale or peak periods
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Miniklub reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice
  • Repeated misuse of the return policy may lead to account restrictions
