Returns

No Exchange Policy:

• We do not offer exchanges.
• Eligible products may only be returned for a refund or replacement, subject to approval.

Return Eligibility:

• Products are eligible for return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only for eligible products and approved return requests.

Reasons for Return:

Returns may be requested in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or has missing items
• Incorrect product received
• Product differs from the description on the website
• Change of mind

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, invoice, promotional items, and accessories must be returned
• Products failing quality checks may be rejected

Evidence Requirement:

• An unpacking video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Non-Returnable Items:

The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement:

• Products marked “Not Eligible for Return” on the product page
• Clearance sale items, gifts, promotional products
• Nappies, accessories (caps, bibs), newborn clothing
• Orders placed under promotional offers (Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 1 Get 2, Buy 2 Get 2, Free item offers)

Refund Process:

• Return approvals are processed within 2–4 business days
• Refunds are initiated only after the product is received and verified by the courier partner and Miniklub QC team
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Coupon values, loyalty points, and discounts are non-refundable

Refund Mode & Timeline:

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or store credit / Gift card
• COD Orders: Refunds are issued as Miniklub store credit / gift card only
• Payments made using wallet or gift cards will be refunded only as store credit / gift card

Guest Users:

• Guest users placing COD orders must register using the same email ID and mobile number to receive store credit
• Store credit / Gift card cannot be used for COD orders
